INi Consulting is a professional consulting firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia, offering comprehensive one-stop business services, including corporate establishment, investment permits, accounting and tax services, immigration (VISA/KITAS), market and project development, and the establishment of local distribution and sales networks.
Under the slogan “BEYOND BUSINESS”, we prioritize on-the-ground, execution-focused support as our core value to ensure our clients’ successful market entry and growth. Our company is structured around two main pillars: the Business Development Division and the Business Support Division. The key responsibilities of each division are as follows:
Business Development
Composed of five experts and supporting staff, the Business Development Division handles the following tasks:

Project planning and strategy proposals
Business Support Division
Composed of three teams with nine internal staff members and 25 support personnel, the Business Support Division handles the following responsibilities:

Legal and administrative support for corporate establishment and licensing

Accounting, tax, HR, and legal support

Visa and work permit assistance for foreign workers

Operational and project execution support for clients
Local Networks and Partnerships
We have established a robust network with Indonesia's central and local governments, publis enterprises, industrial complexes, relevant industry associations, law firms, tax accounting firms, engineering companies, and influential market players. Leveraging this local network, we build partnerships that enable swift and efficient handling of procedures such as partnerships and licensing. We provide practical solutions for critical matters, including marching with local EPC and vendor companies, securing support from government institutioins, business registration and licensing, factory establishment, and investment permits.
